What the lead form collects—and what it does not.

Information an adult may submit

The questions are limited to adult contact information and coarse learner qualification:

• Adult contact: the adult's name and email address.
• Requested human call: the adult's phone number and a broad preferred call window, collected together with the one-call acknowledgement. On a callback lead form, those fields are required because submitting that form requests the call.
• Adult role: whether the adult is applying for themself or as a parent or guardian.
• Coarse learner fit: an age band, prior Mandarin exposure, current independent ability, primary learning goal, schedule compatibility, group-format fit, and tuition readiness.

Meta, TikTok, or the website may also attach the campaign, referral source, submission time, and standard security logs needed to deliver, attribute, and protect the form.

Information the form does not ask for

Do not submit a minor's name, exact birth date, school, email address, phone number, health or disability information, ethnicity, immigration status, or any other sensitive detail. The form does not ask for a mailing location, payment card, bank information, or a learner free-text biography.

How Jersey Zhongwen uses the lead

Jersey Zhongwen uses the adult applicant's contact information and coarse learner-fit answers only to review the inquiry, respond by email, and—when the adult submits the one-call acknowledgement—let Andy Cahill make one human call about the inquiry.

By requesting a call, I am asking Andy Cahill to make one human, non-automated call about this application. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

• A requested call is one human, non-automated call made by Andy Cahill.
• The form does not grant permission for an AI call, prerecorded call, automated dialing, or automated SMS.
• Providing a phone number does not grant permission for text-message marketing.
• Submitting the form does not subscribe the adult to a newsletter or recurring marketing emails.
• Jersey Zhongwen may reply by email about the specific inquiry. It does not sell or rent the lead information.

Platforms, hosting, and storage

A TikTok or Meta instant form is first processed by that platform under its own privacy terms. Website-hosted forms are served through Vercel. Jersey Zhongwen routes submitted records into its private AgentCRM workspace, whose production database is hosted by Neon. These providers process information only to operate, secure, transmit, or store the lead workflow.

Retention

A lead record that does not become a customer is deleted or de-identified no later than 12 months after the last substantive contact. A verified deletion request may shorten that period unless a limited record must be retained for security, fraud prevention, or a legal obligation. If the adult later purchases a service, transaction and service records may be retained longer for accounting, tax, dispute, and legal requirements. TikTok and Meta retain their own copies under their policies.

Minors

An adult must submit the form. A parent or guardian may describe a minor only through the bounded age-band and qualification answers above. If Jersey Zhongwen learns that a minor submitted their own contact information, or that prohibited identifying information about a minor was included, Jersey Zhongwen will remove that information instead of using it for follow-up.

Access, correction, or deletion

The adult contact may email Andy@jerseyzhongwen.com with the subject “Lead privacy request” to ask what was submitted or request correction or deletion. Jersey Zhongwen may verify the request using the adult email address or phone number on the record before acting.
