  • Payment information: Processed securely by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers.
  • Usage data: Course progress, practice scores, and app interactions to personalize your learning experience.
  • Contact information: Name, email, and phone number if you submit a lead form or book a consultation.
  • SMS and call information: Phone numbers, message content, call details, and consent records when you call or text JZ Services / Jersey Zhongwen.
  • Analytics: We use Vercel Analytics and Meta Pixel to understand how visitors use our site.

How We Use Your Information

  • To provide and improve our Mandarin Chinese learning platform
  • To process payments and manage your subscription
  • To send you relevant communications about your account or our services
  • To run and optimize advertising campaigns
  • To respond to your inquiries and provide customer support
  • To send SMS replies, booking confirmations, requested links, and follow-up messages when you contact us or ask MiShu to text you

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers that help us operate (Clerk for authentication, Stripe for payments, Vercel for hosting, Meta for advertising, Resend for email).

We do not sell, rent, or share mobile opt-in data, SMS consent records, or phone numbers with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
